Use of this site

This site provides information about Top One Housing LLC’s property management services and a way for current tenants, contractors, and vendors to reach us and opt in to text communications. It does not itself constitute a lease, work order, or other binding agreement — those are handled separately in writing.

Text messaging program

Top One Housing LLC offers an SMS messaging program for individuals who voluntarily opt in to receive text messages from us.

By opting in, you may receive non-promotional or transactional SMS messages related to your inquiries, rental or property management activities, rent reminders, account updates, maintenance and repair requests, work orders, scheduling, appointments, and other service-related communications.

Where applicable, individuals who separately opt in to promotional SMS may receive promotional messages concerning available rental properties, property management services, special offers, and other promotional updates from Top One Housing LLC.

SMS consent is optional and is not required to submit an online form or purchase or obtain services. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and communications with Top One Housing LLC. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message. Reply HELP for assistance.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

You may opt in by providing your mobile phone number through an applicable Top One Housing LLC online form and selecting the applicable SMS consent checkbox. Promotional SMS consent is collected separately from non-promotional SMS consent.
