Who receives messages
Current tenants and current contractors/vendors of Top One Housing LLC who have opted in as described below.
What you'll receive
Tenants: rent payment reminders, general announcements concerning your rental, communications regarding repairs, and repair appointment scheduling and confirmations.
Contractors & vendors: work order notifications, repair appointment scheduling, and payment arrangements and invoicing.
This program covers account and service-related messages only — it does not include marketing or promotional messages.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your lease status, account activity, and any open maintenance or work order items. You may receive multiple messages in a given month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
